Dr. Babatunde (Tunde) Green, DHA, FACHE serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the St. John's Family Center in Bridgeport, Connecticut. Bringing decades of executive healthcare experience, clinical leadership, and a deep commitment to community advocacy, Tunde plays a vital role in guiding the Center’s mission to uplift and support at-risk individuals and families across the Greater Bridgeport area.

Tunde has dedicated much of his public service career to caring for veterans, serving as the Medical Laboratory Director and Health Management Administrator (CEO) for the Connecticut State Department of Veterans Affairs and the Connecticut Veterans Hospital. Following his retirement from public service in the United States, Tunde expanded his leadership globally.  Tunde is a founding figure and board member of Kateri Medical Services and the Chief Executive Officer of the Cardiac and Renal Center (CRC) in Lagos, Nigeria.

Tunde holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from the University of Bridgeport. He later earned his Doctor of Health Administration (DHA) from the University of Phoenix.  Tunde holds board certification in healthcare management and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE).

 

Deeply invested in mentoring the next generation of healthcare professionals, he has also served his local community as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Bridgeport’s College of Naturopathic Medicine.
