Dr. Andrew Yue is the Managing Partner of Quantum Strategic Advisory, a strategy and transformation consultancy.   He is a global executive with more than 30 years of diverse experience spanning financial services, management consulting, and technology.  

 

Andrew previously served as the Chief Finance Transformation Officer for the Property & Casualty division at AIG. Prior to AIG, he held senior leadership roles at premier global institutions including:  Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse and HSBC.  Having grown up in the UK, Andrew brings a deep multicultural perspective from living and working across Europe, Asia, and the United States.

 

Andrew is deeply committed to civic leadership.  For the Asian American Federation (AAF), he serves on the Advisory Board, having previously been a member of the Board of Directors and Chair of both the Audit and Investment committees.

 

Andrew is a Certified Change Management professional (CCMP), Finance Risk Manager (FRM), a Prince 2 project management practitioner and is a trained Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma.  He holds a D.Phil from Oxford University, M.Sc/DIC in Control Engineering from Imperial College and B.Sc in Mathematics from Manchester University.
